With traffic closed off to vehicular traffic, thousands of pedestrians and bicyclists browse around the GABA Spring Bike Swap Meet. A variety of bicycles, parts, clothing including safety helmets were available at the event which is the largest bicycle swap meet in Arizona and possibly the second biggest in the country, according to the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association. The free event that was from 6 am to 1 pm between East Sixth and Ninth Streets.
