Pima Community College enrollment drop

Students pass in between classes at the Pima Community College West Campus (PIMA COMMUNITY COLLEGE WEST CAMPUS), 2202 W. Anklam Road (2202 W ANKLAM ROAD), on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, in Tucson, Ariz. Even with more than a dozen paid administrators charged with fighting enrollment decline, PCC's fall numbers dropped 9 percent.
