Airlines with service from Tucson to Denver have cancelled those flights until at least this evening.
A winter storm that ripped through Colorado has closed the Denver airport stranding thousands of passengers there. The airport is not expected to re-open until this evening.
Web sites for United Airlines and Frontier Airlines announced all flights to Denver have been cancelled and include advisories for passengers holding tickets on those flights.
