RMS, a business-to-business accounts-receivable outsourcing service, wants to fill 240 positions in Tucson.
It will hold a job fair from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at 5431 E. Williams Circle Blvd., Suite 200.

The company, which has 375 employees here, is looking for workers with a high school diploma or GED and prefers those who have completed some college coursework. The company prefers those with customer-service experience, general computer knowledge and strong oral and written communication skills.
The jobs entail customer care and account reconciliation. Those hired will train for four weeks, and jobs at the level of agent and above will include benefits.

Pay is commensurate with experience, but most positions will pay between $10 and $13 an hour, said Robyn H. Gross, RMS vice president of marketing.
