Rusing & Lopez PLLC has named Catherine M. Woods a member in the law firm.
Woods, who joined the firm in 2006, will continue her practice in complex civil litigation, including business and commercial litigation, employment, professional liability, medical negligence defense and wrongful death and personal injury.
Relax and Heal open near Ina and Oracle
Brenda Bollard has opened Relax and Heal, at 231 W. Giaconda Way, near Ina and Oracle Road.
Bollard is a Healing Touch practitioner apprentice in the training program offered by Healing Touch International and will be eligible for certification in October.
Bollard previously spent 20 years as owner and operator of BMB Precision Drafting and Woodwork in Tucson.

Marana M&I names Westerman new VP
M&I Bank announced the appointment of Jo Anne Westerman as vice president and branch manager of the bank's location at 7820 W. Cortaro Road in Marana.
Westerman has more than 32 years of industry experience and was most recently with Bank of Arizona.

Wood signs on with Affinity as senior VP
Affinity Financial Group, an investment advising and wealth-management firm, has hired Debora L. Wood, as a senior vice president.
Before joining Affinity, Wood was an investment adviser at Morgan Stanley.
She has worked in the financial services industry for more than sixteen years, beginning her career with Merrill Lynch in 1993.
In 1997, she was recruited by Dean Witter, which merged with Morgan Stanley in the same year.
