Pusch Ridge Outfitters, LLC, which guided hunting trips in New Mexico and Mexico, has filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy.

The filing shows the Oro Valley-based hunting outfitter listed assets of less than $50,000 and liabilities of about $250,000.

Most of the liabilities were for out-of-state land leases.

Pusch Ridge Outfitters was formed in 1997 by Kirk Kelso, Arizona Corporation Commission records show.

"We are proud of the fact that we consistently produce trophies of the highest quality for our clients," the company's Web site says.

Bankruptcy documents show Pusch Ridge Outfitters failed to generate any income for its owners in 2007 or 2008.
