Tucson Real Estate: Ventana sells distribution center

International Center Tucson LLC bought the Ventana Medical Systems distribution center, 10739 N. Tangerine Road.

International Center Tucson LLC bought the 60,000 square foot site of the new logistics and distribution center for Ventana Medical Systems.

It is one of several industrial projects in varying degrees of construction around Tucson as the vacancy rate of industrial properties has dipped below 10 percent for the first time since 2008.

The Ventana site, 10739 N. Tangerine Farms Road, is in the Tangerine Commerce Park near Interstate 10. It was sold by Tangerine Building One LLC for $8.6 million. Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum, with CBRE, represented the buyer.

Other recent commercial transactions
  • Beacon Group bought 1.87 acres of land at 2870 and2824 N. Oracle Road, as well as 331 W. Laguna for $540,000 from Shens LLC. The buyer was represented by Buzz Isaacson, with CBRE and the seller was represented by Roger Breckenridge with Long Realty.
  • Page Holdings LLC bought 2,112 square feet of office space at 6560 E. Carondelet Drive from James and Vicky Sherman for $139,392. The buyer was represented by Bruce Suppes, with CBRE and the seller was represented by CBRE’s Jeff Casper, David Montijo, and Damian Wilkinson.
  • Hope Inc. leased 6,950 square feet of office space at 1671 W. Grant Road from Sunbelt LLC. The landlord was represented by CBRE’s Bruce Suppes, Tim Healy, and Bob DeLaney and the tenant was represented by Buzz Isaacson and Jeff Casper, also with CBRE.
  • Cactus Bowling Co., dba Vantage Bowling, leased 3,500 square feet of industrial space at 3755 E. 34th St. from Rodgers Investment Fund Two. The tenant was represented by Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron, with CBRE, and the landlord was represented by Brandon Rodgers, with Picor.
  • Rayem Inc. leased 2,924 square feet of industrial space at 3280 Hemisphere Loop from Tucson Property Investors. The landlord was represented by Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney, with CBRE’s Tucson office. The tenant was represented by John Yarborough, with Romano Real Estate.
  • Peoples Mortgage leased 2,651 square feet of retail space at 7330 N. Oracle Road from Title Security Agency LLC. The landlord was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson, of CBRE and the tenant was represented by Bruce Suppes, also with CBRE.
  • Lucky Cat Social Art LLC leased 1,250 square feet of retail space at the Plaza Escondida Shopping Center, 7892 N. Oracle Road. The landlord was represented by Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron with CBRE and the tenant was represented by Kevin Volk, with Volk Co.
  • Title Security Agency LLC., dba Signature Title Agency, leased 1,246 square feet of office space at 4750 N. Oracle Road from Oracle Office Park Associates LLC. The tenant was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson, of CBRE and the landlord was represented by CBRE’s Buzz Isaacson and Jeff Casper.
  • OSN Tucson LLC, dba One Stop Nutrition, leased 1,202 square feet at 245 245 S. Wilmot Road from ATT 245 Marketplace LLC. Rick Borane, with Volk Co. represented the landlord.
