A division of Ohio-based Hondros Education Group has acquired the Tucson-based Hogan School of Real Estate, which has been providing sales and broker license courses and continuing education since 1973.

The acquisition by the Scottdale-based Arizona School of Real Estate & Business is the third acquisition by Hondros in Arizona, the company said in a news release.

Jim Hogan, owner of Hogan School of Real Estate, will continue to work with Arizona School of Real Estate & Business as an educator and advisor. His wife, Esther Hogan, will continue in an advisory capacity and their daughter, Jenny Hogan, will manage all the daily operations of the Tucson location.

All operations and associates will transition into the new organization, the company said.
