Fed by Threads, the clothing store that donates part of its profits to the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona and a national hunger relief organization, is shutting its doors on Saturday, citing a challenging location and sluggish sales.

The clothing store made a big impact with its message, but couldn't survive at its downtown address, 345 E. Congress St.

The owners plan to continue their efforts in the future, maybe even with another brick-and-mortar location. In the meantime, you can pick up clothing on the cheap from noon to 7 p.m. today through Saturday.
