SALMON, Norman William, 90, passed away on October 22, 2016. Norman was a dedicated husband and father, survived by his wife, Phyllis of 66 years; daughters, Chelley Salmon and Gayle Gale. A private Memorial Service will be held for friends and family on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send in Norman's memory to Arizona Friends of Chamber Music.
