Travion King, 21, was arrested Sept. 7, in connection with nearly $3 million worth of jewelry that was taken from a tour bus being used by the musician and DJ Future the Prince while they were performing the day before, The Associated Press reported.

King was booked into Maricopa County Jail on a burglary charge. Police say they identified King as the suspect through surveillance footage at Talking Stick Resort Arena in downtown Phoenix.

They then learned that he was already in jail after being arrested for trespassing Wednesday morning by campus police at Arizona State University in nearby Tempe.

The stolen jewelry was subsequently found.

The theft was reported after the Sept. 6 concert. According to police, the suspect had removed a briefcase containing the jewelry within a 15-minute window.
