A 19-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a fatal shooting that happened last summer, police said.
Mario Ramon-Antonio Acedo is facing first degree murder and armed robbery charges after he was suspected of being involved in the shooting death of Christopher Montaño, 27 Aug. 27 at a roadside hot-dog cart near East 36th Street and South Country Club Road, according to a Tucson Police Department news release.
Acedo was arrested at the Pima County jail, where he was serving time on an unrelated charge.
He is one of three people who have been arrested in connection with the shooting death.
In September, Aerath C. Hubert, 26, and Jarrett C. Carter, 24, were arrested on suspicion of first degree murder.
Montaño was at the hot-dog cart in the 3000 block of East 36th Street with a friend when a fight broke out between him and two other people, police said at the time of the incident.
