Ambar Esthela Morales, of Tucson, was taken into custody after an outbound inspection of her Ford SUV led to the discovery of more than 7,800 rounds of ammunition, according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection news release.
The rounds were hidden within the rear quarter panels of the vehicle, and in a bag of dog food.
