A Tucson man was killed Tuesday when his pickup truck collided with a tow truck on the northwest side, authorities said.
Brian Bliss, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after emergency personnel responded to North Shannon Road between West Cortaro Farms Road and West Club Drive, said Dep. Jason Ogan, a Pima County Sheriff's Department spokesman.
Bliss, who was driving a Chevy S-10 pickup north on Shannon, swerved into the soutbound lane, causing the tow truck to T-bone him, Ogan said.
The tow truck driver was unhurt, he said.
