A memorial fund has been set up to help the family who lost a daughter and grandmother in an April 20 car crash on Tucson's East Side.
The family of 4-year-old Caia Roden and her grandmother, 55-year-old Lorrie Schlecht, are facing funeral, medical and related expenses.
Caia and Schlecht died after the 2002 Lexus they were riding in was struck by a 2007 Chevy Tahoe driven by 29-year-old Richard Kinner.
Investigators determined Kinner ran a red light at East 22nd Street as he drove south on South Harrison Road about 8:45 a.m., crashing into the right side of a Lexus.
Caia's mother, 33-year-old Casie Roden, who was driving the Lexus, was injured. She was nine months pregnant and gave birth to a girl the next day.
Friends and loved ones have set up a website http://www.caialorrie.com/ to accept donations for the family by Paypal.

Kinner, a father of two who works as a butcher, was driving on a suspended license. He has publicly apologized to the family.
He was cited for failure to stop for a red light, failure to wear a seat belt and driving with a suspended license.
The suspended license citation is a misdemeanor, while the other two citations are civil, traffic violations.
Online court records show Kinner has been cited numerous times for traffic violations, including racing, speeding, speeding in a school zone, repeated violations for not having a valid driver's license and no insurance.
He's also faced several criminal charges in Pima County including possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and weapons misconduct.
