A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal February car crash on Tucson south side, officials say.

On Wednesday, U.S. Marshals found and arrested Garcia. He was booked into the Pima County jail.
In the Feb. 7 crash, police assisted the Pima County Sheriff's Department after learning that two men were in a car had crashed into construction equipment, police said.
A deputy tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver sped off, eventually lost control and crashed near South Mission Road.
Both men were taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The passenger, 31-year-old Jered James Naill, later died.
