Tucson weather: Rising temperatures and no rain in sight

Triple-digit heat will continue as August comes to an end, with monsoonal moisture completely shut down across southeast Arizona.

Some moisture will likely return this weekend, but chances of storm activity accompanying the surge are still slim.
