crime scene tape

A woman in her 20s was found dead in an alley Wednesday morning in midtown, Tucson police say.

The woman had no obvious signs of trauma, said Sgt. Pete Dugan, a police spokesman, but he added that an autopsy was ordered.

Tucson police officers found the woman near the 2500 block of North Fremont Avenue.

The investigation is ongoing.
