This morning Republican front runner Dr. Ben Carson suggested at a Prayer Breakfast that "the people of Mexico should charge the monster storm" adding "It's time people stopped being victims." Described as the most powerful storm in the western hemisphere, in recorded history, Hurricane Patricia is predicted to wreak catastrophic damage. Carson described how he would react if he were caught in such a storm situation. "The first thing I would do is run into the storm. Straight off the beach and into the waves. I'd make my self appear bigger by waving my arms around and yelling. I wouldn't just sit there."
Dr. Carson noted he was certain his well-intended remarks would be misinterpreted by what he calls the "political correctness police". He went on to say, "I'm not worried. Any minute now Mr. Trump will say something even more thoughtful about Mexico anything I could come up with and he'll be the story of the day."
