....and...My Honeybee colony is behaving as if were Spring....raising brood in Mid-November.

Hikers beware!!

If you plan a hiking trip in the Mountains around Tucson, bring at least two cans of Flying Insect Spray. The Honeybees in the Mountains are active as well, and, generally, more aggressive. If you stray near a Colony , they will Attack you in Mass. You can kill some of the Attacking Bees with the Flying Insect spray as you move away post haste!!

The Tucson Populations, were a selection process is on going with the elimination of Aggressive Colonies, are somewhat less Aggressive...but caution is still in order!!!
