Quotes from Gov. Doug Ducey indicate that he is willing to support a law which he can't have read and which would have very serious implications for all the state's voters. He has no idea of the cost of the Graham-Cassidy proposal, of how many people would lose coverage, or whether the state would be penalized by its provisions. This seems unbelievably irresponsible. Is this the kind of thinking we need at the head of our state? Or, does party loyalty rule out clear thinking?
