It is a valiant effort by President Trump and his constituents. However, the amount of money needed to fund such a project would require more than $100 million. In theory, if it was done for the entire United States, it would deter 95 percent of people from crossing illegally over the border into the United States. But in practice it would not prevent ladders and other devices being used. In reality, the creative smugglers who guide the caravans, could dig holes, or even use other devices to get over.
The real solution lies in working with Mexico, the United States, and other countries through the U.N. to provide incentives to stay AT HOME and to help build the infrastructure for each country. Hold the terrorist accountable for their actions, through the U.N. peacekeeping forces, that could be stationed in each country, through the cooperation of each country. THEN and only THEN , CAN There be A RESOLUTION, WITH PEACE FOR ALL.
