Is 2018 going to be better for Americans? We have a President who lives and allegedly works between Trump Tower and Mar-A-Largo, which costs our taxpayers a pretty penny, figuring the "Trump Logo" cashes in on his notoriety.

He tweets his inner thoughts, scattering them between calumny for any who cross him to his own staff, appointees, Repubs, etc. and his ideas about world affairs which shock the world and unbalance long-held detentes. He ignores all the rituals of his office, spreads falsehoods like butter on bread, and surrounds himself with sycophants who mouth his wacky notions as if from Olympus. He keeps us on the edge of nuclear war while name-calling our unstable adversaries. He's sort of a Rush Limbaugh in a blond fright wig.

Our best hope is that he tires of this charade and resigns the office with the wealth he has accumulated. Maybe the next person will restore some modicum of dignity and be a less fractious leader.
