I have the privilege of serving as Assistant Vice President of Nursing for Critical Care at Tucson Medical Center, where I am steadfast in my commitment to mentorship, professional development, and compassionate leadership. As a critical care nurse, I have dedicated my career to supporting nurses at every stage—from new graduates to seasoned leaders—by fostering environments grounded in trust, excellence, and lifelong learning.
Each day, I strive to bring authenticity and empathy to my mentorship, empowering nurses to lead with both clinical expertise and heart. I am also an active community advocate, serving on nonprofit boards in Tucson and championing initiatives that strengthen healthcare education and support families across Southern Arizona. I have had the honor of spearheading grant‑funded projects that have strengthened TMC’s nursing workforce. My goal is to have an influence that extends far beyond my role by inspiring nurses to find purpose, resilience, and confidence in their professional journeys.
