Just moments after the Arizona's spring football game on Saturday, 2019 three-star cornerback Logan Wilson verbally committed to the Wildcats. Wilson selected Arizona over Iowa, Toledo, Southern Alabama, UTEP and Louisiana Lafayette.

Wilson announced his decision via Twitter before Arizona's postgame press conference.

Wilson becomes the first recruit of Arizona's 2019 class, and is ranked as the No. 110 cornerback nationally, per 247Sports' national composite.

The 5-foot-10, 165-pound Wilson is from Dallas (Bishop Dunne HS) an area of recruiting Kevin Sumlin and his staff have emphasized on since the start of spring practice along with other cities in Texas.

Wilson was recruited by cornerbacks coach Demetrice Martin and was also in attendance at Arizona's spring football game.
