Wildcats edge UCLA in women's swimming

The UA women’s swimming team won two events by one one-hundredth of a second to narrowly defeat UCLA 155-145 in Los Angeles on Friday. The No. 13 Wildcats improved to 5-0 on the season.

Wins in the two close races — the 400 medley relay victory in 3:41.85 and freshman Alexandra Martelle’s 200 IM triumph in 2:04.51 — created a 12-point swing.
