There were a variety of plants  at the Desert Museum's plant sale.

We're all about desert plants and succulents up in here.

If you're like us or are looking to update your landscape this fall, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is hosting a plant sale just for you.

Five categories of plants will be highlighted by the museum to help you create a garden that's not only pretty, but beneficial. Categories include butterflies, hummingbirds, desert tortoises, desert herbals and heritage food plants.

You'll leave with a better understanding of why the plants you choose are important to pollinators and people.

There will be more than 250 different species of plants to choose from, including popular perennials, low shrubs and succulents.

Larger plants will have three price points: $9, $13 and $19.

Succulents start at $4.
