The SummerGo Youth Pass gives kids ages 6-18 free pools and free transportation around Tucson from May 25 to August 2. The pass provides unlimited air-conditioned rides on Sun Tran, Sun Link streetcar and select Sun Shuttle routes. Kids with the SummerGo Youth Pass can also use all City of Tucson pools for free (with the exception of the Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center). Pass holders also qualify for discounts at the Flandrau Science Center.

Paradigm Art Show

If you're an artist who wants their work to be seen, now's your chance! Solar Culture is accepting submissions for its June 9, art show. Just stop by the gallery between Tuesday, June 5, to Thursday, June 7, with your masterpiece and make sure your art is ready to be hung.

The art show is free to attend and there's also a potluck.

Family Yoga and Lanterns

Sweat it out with your kiddo and craft a glowing lantern. Kids take home a paper lantern and a mini book. Parents take home a happy tired child. Yoga is structured for parents/caregivers and kids ages 4-8 years old.

Home Ownership Fair

Have you wanted to purchase your own home and just need some pointers? Get some pointers and have some family fun at the same time. Workshops include a free credit check, down payment assistance program overview, mortgage info and energy saving demos. Kids get to meet McGruff the Crime Dog, Tucson Water's Pete the Beak and enter in prize drawings.

Harry Potter Roller Derby

Whether you're a Hufflepuff or a Gryffindor, who will win the cup? Pick a level and see what spells and charms you can cast at the Hogwarts School of Roller Skating. Spell levels are $5 and up. Food is available for purchase during the event.

Summer Fair at Toys Ink 

It's always fun when you go to the toy store. Join Toys Inc in the Tucson Mall and celebrate the start of summer break. There will be free art activities, video game play, face painting, free balloon animals, $2 build your own mini figures, $1 raffle and a cosplay fashion show.

Nunchaku Workshop at the Library

Let your kids work on their ninja skills for free at this workshop presented by A-Long's Kung Fu Academy. Here they will learn basic nunchaku techniques, spins and rotations. No need to bring anything either, a foam nunchaku is provided.
