Hidden Valley Inn, known for its barbecue, is a landmark on North Sabino Canyon Road, rebuilt after a 1995 fire. Founder and owner Larry Colligan reopened his Hidden Valley Inn restaurant in November of 1996, after a fire on August 7, 1995. The 25,000 square foot restaurant seats more than 600 guests.
