Netflix

Need something to do after Thanksgiving dinner? Bring the family to Casa Film Bar, 2905 E. Speedway, Thursday night to watch Season 1 of the hit Netflix series, "Stranger Things" in its entirety.

If you haven't seen the show yet, the premise follows a group of kids in 1983 Middle America who come up against supernatural occurrences and the disappearance of one of their own.

Casa carries plenty of beer, so you'll have drinks covered! The marathon runs from 8 p.m. to midnight.

More information can be found here.

After you've finished your Black Friday shopping and taken a long post-Thanksgiving nap, head to Monterey Court, 505 W. Miracle Mile, this Friday and wish them a happy sixth birthday.

The Muffulettas will be on hand to help the former motor court motel celebrate its time as a music venue.

The show starts at 7 p.m. More info on the Facebook event page.

The city of Tombstone is wasting no time this holiday season with a Christmas tree lighting slated for this Friday at 6 p.m.

The town too tough to die will have Santa Claus for the kids and caroling to commemorate the occasion.

The tree will stay up through Christmas. More information can be found here.

Pearce is barely a blip on the map these days, but that isn't stopping the 2,000 residents who call the area home from holding a heritage festival this Friday and Saturday.

The fest runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature live bluegrass and country music, antiques, arts, crafts and demonstration from the antique engine group Power from the Past.

The event is free. Get more information here.

Directions per the Facebook page: Take exit I-10 at 318; follow Dragoon Road 13 miles to 191; turn right and drive approximately 7 miles (past Sunsites) and turn right onto Ghost Town Trail — one more mile and you’re there.

While children across Tucson will be visiting Santa this holiday season, members of the RavenHearse Family have summoned a different visitor.

This Thursday, the goat/demon creature known as Krampus, the subject of yuletide nightmares for children throughout Europe, will be the main attraction at the RavenHearse haunted house in Trail Dust Town, 6541 E. Tanque Verde Road.

The holiday show runs through January 7. More information here.

If the Owls Club, 236 S. Scott Ave., was your spouse, you'd be buying it paper (or a clock!) to celebrate its first anniversary.

The former funeral home plans to party from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. this Saturday to honor the milestone.

Lenguas Largas will provide the music. And guess what? Free food and eegees! How can you go wrong?

More information here.

Saturday at the Loft, 3233 E. Speedway, is reserved, in part, to those who can't help but sing along to The Beatles when they pop up on satellite radio.

The theater will be screening a sing-a-long version of "A Hard Day's Night," a Beatles film that includes songs such as the title track and "Can't Buy Me Love."

There will be Beatles music videos and a costume contest. The film starts at 7:30 p.m. More information here.
