Rain and damage from Tropical Storm Lorena, which came ashore in Mexico as a hurricane and moved north to douse most of Arizona. Two tornadoes were confirmed, one near Phoenix and the other in Willcox. Rainfall totals for the first two days of the storm exceeded two inches in many places.
