If you're looking for an over-the-air broadcast of the Toronto Blue Jays' home-away-from-home opener Tuesday night in Sahlen Field, you're in luck.
An MLB Network spokesperson confirmed the game against the Miami Marlins will be aired on the network starting at 6:30 p.m. -- and it will not be blacked out in Buffalo.
All of New York State will get the Jays-Marlins game followed by Seattle at Texas joined in progress. The feed will be using the Sportsnet television crew describing the game remotely from Toronto.Â
It's the second game on the Jays' opening homestand in Buffalo that will be on a national network. Friday night's series opener against the Tampa Bay Rays was previously slated to appear on Fox Sports 1.
The Blue Jays' games in Buffalo that are not nationally televised are also available on the Extra Innings package and MLB.TV. Games against the New York Yankees and Mets are blacked out via those avenues but available on YES and SNY, respectively.
