Lotto thief strikes again; steals cookies from Tucson sandwich shop

The man stole a display of lottery tickets at a Tucson convenience store in April 2014, and was captured on surveillance cameras two weeks later ripping off an entire display of cookies from a sandwich shop, Deputy Courtney Rodriguez, spokeswoman for the Pima County Sheriff's Department, said in a news release.
