Qualities: Who could resist those eyes? Frank also came to PACC as a stray, but his owners could not redeem him. He was pretty shabby, from the street-life, when he arrived at PACC in early January, but thanks to our amazing staff and volunteers, Frank has been fixed right up and is ready to find a new home.
Needs: Frank is a bit fragile (although we shouldn’t tell him that) and would do best in a calm environment. If your house is like a library and you need a cute little fella’ like Frank, please stop in and visit Frank today!
