A helicopter pilot has had his license revoked again after an Internet video showed him engaged in sexual acts with a porn actress while flying over San Diego.
The Federal Aviation Administration says David Martz’s license was taken away Wednesday — the fifth time his license has been revoked or suspended.
Martz was charged in 2006 with reckless flying for allegedly landing a helicopter on a public street in the Hollywood Hills to pick up rocker Tommy Lee and take him to a concert.
Martz’s latest trouble stems from the pornographic video posted last month by gossip Web site TMZ. FAA spokesman Ian Gregor says Martz’s actions on the video “showed a careless and reckless disregard for safety.”
Gregor says Martz has appealed the decision.
