A Nestlé Toll House Café will soon fire up the baking ovens downtown.
Mazanita Concepts leased 1,308 square feet at 17 N. Stone Ave., between Congress and Pennington streets, to open the franchise shop.
Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip has location across the country and this will be its second in Arizona. The first one is located in Glendale.
The chain offerings include ice cream sandwiches, cookie cakes, brownies, macaroons, frozen yogurt and smoothies.
Franchise officials hope to open the shop this summer at have at least a dozen employees.
The tenant was represented by David Blanchette of CBRE and the landlord was represented by Michael Laatsch, also of CBRE.
