The Cochise County Sheriff's Office says donations are being accepted at the Fry Fire Station on Yaqui and the Red Cross Shelter/City of Sierra Vista at Apache Middle School in Sierra Vista.

Tom Fields, a fire spokesman, said that the rapid movement of the fire is "a case in point of a red flag warning coming to fruition."
