PHOENIX - A Phoenix homeowner has been arrested for allegedly shooting a roofer over the quality of his work.
Police said Rafael Sanchez, 68, was being held on suspicion of aggravated assault.
The name of the 42-year-old roofer hasn't been released, but police said the man underwent surgery at a Phoenix hospital for a shoulder wound.
Police said Sanchez wasn't satisfied with the work of the three-man crew and began to argue with the foreman. They said Sanchez left for an undisclosed time, returned to continue the argument and shot the roofer.
