Notable achievement: McAlister, a third-team All-American in 1997 and a unanimous first-team All-American in 1998, won the Mosi Tatupu Special Teams Player of the Year Award in 1998. He was also a three-time first-team All-Pac-10 selection. He's also an Arizona Hall-of-Famer.
