Men's golf: Ricky Barnes

Years at UA: 2000-03

Notable achievement: Barnes, a three-time All-American and the Pac-10 and NCAA Freshman of the Year in 2000, won the Pac-10 championship in 2001 and the NCAA West Regional championship in 2002. He also won the U.S. amateur championship in 2002. Barnes won the Ben Hogan Award — given to the nation's top golfer — in 2003 and was the Pac-10 Golfer of the Year that year as well. He was also a four-time All-Pac-10 selection and is an Arizona Hall-of-Famer.
