Eagle Scout is the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America. Prospects - who must be younger than 18 - must complete many requirements, including:
• Accumulate 21 merit badges, including First Aid, Communications, Environmental Science and Camping.
• Spend at least six months in a Boy Scout group leadership position.
• Complete a philanthropic service project for a school, church or community.
• Take part in a Scoutmaster conference.
• Pass an Eagle Scout board of review.
