The success in November and December of weekly nonstop flights between Tucson and Houston has prompted Southwest Airlines to resume the flights this year, Tucson International Airport announced Thursday.
The Saturday-only flights to Houston’s William P. Hobby Airport will be available from Oct. 31 to Jan. 4, the airport said in a news release.
They add to Southwest’s regular schedule of 12 daily departures from Tucson to five destinations: Chicago Midway, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Diego.
