Accomplishments: Snowden was the first-ever black head coach in the history of Division I college basketball. He posted a 167-108 record (.607) during his 10 seasons at the helm of the Arizona basketball program. His best season came in 1975-76 when his team posted a 24-9 record. He was inducted into the Pac-12 Hall of Honor in 2015.
