Ben LiebenbergRosenblatt says: This is a team on the rise, with cornerstones such as Derek Carr, Amari Cooper and Khalil Mack on the roster. The secondary is a weak spot, though, particularly with Charles Woodson retiring. Jackson’s nose for the ball — he had five interceptions and two pick-sixes in 2015 — is a plus.
