Dillinger is also opting for the dark, kicking off its Stouts of Summer series on Friday.

• A java-infused Gang Signs Imperial Stout
• A Whiskey Del Bac-aged Public Enemy
Chef Lindy, former owner of the two Lindys restaurants in town, will be on-hand with his Big Daddy's food truck.
Festivities run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
