Southern Arizona Urgent Care leased 3,500 square feet in the Fashion Park Shopping Center, a new shopping center under development on the northwest corner of Interstate-19 and Irvington Road. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, represented the tenant. Alan Tanner and Brig Stevens, with Bourn Advisory Services LLC, represented the landlord.
