About 4,000 people showed up at the Target Fulfillment Center on the Southeast Side Monday for a chance at work. Target plans to hire about 200 people.
It began accepting applications Monday and will continue today and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The positions are mostly for warehouse jobs that pay from $12.50 to $14.75 per hour.
The Tucson distribution center will join Target's other center in Woodbury, Minn., receiving product shipments from manufacturers and sending out customer online orders.
