Bob Dobbs Bar & Grill passed a health inspection Monday, after failing two and having its regular food license suspended in June.
The eatery at 2501 E. Sixth St. fixed most critical violations found by a Pima County Health Department sanitarian on June 16 and June 26, said Sharon Browning, director of Pima County's Consumer Health and Food Safety unit.
"They still need to correct the lack of handwashing facilities," Browning said. The restaurant passed its most recent inspection — and its regular license status was reinstated — with the understanding a handwashing sink would be installed as soon as possible, Browning said.
Other violations, which included food not being kept at the temperature and potentially hazardous foods not being properly segregated from read-to-eat items, were corrected.
