The Old West spirit of the The Last Territory steakhouse will outlive the restaurant itself, under the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador's plans for the site.
The 25-year-old restaurant at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort — which will serve its last steak dinner on Saturday — will reopen as a special-events venue, the owners said Thursday.
The same Old West-themed setting will instead accommodate weddings, birthday celebrations and business meetings. The new venue, at 10000 N. Oracle Road, opens Sept. 15.
