A Tucson Borders bookstore is one of about 200 that will be closed nationwide.
The Borders at 4235 N. Oracle Road will close, as will seven Borders locations in the Phoenix area.
The Borders at Park Place Mall, 5870 E. Broadway, will remain open and will continue normal business operations.
The company announced today that it is filing for bankruptcy.
